碳达峰碳中和研究中心

 

　　针对国家碳达峰碳中和与气候变化应对的实现路径、技术创新和管理体系开展研究，提供管理决策支撑，服务于国家、地方、行业和企业的规划和评估工作。开展气候变化应对实施路径的基础研究。开展支撑国家碳达峰碳中和路径不断优化的社会－经济－能源－排放－环境系统研究；做好应对气候变化规划和政策支撑。开展应对气候变化政策、制度、标准体系研究；做好国家－省级－城市等不同行政单元碳排放的快速形势分析和绩效评估等相关工作。通过对生态环境部和相关政府部门在应对气候变化领域的决策提供支持，建立有特色的技术方法体系，形成能够全面支持碳达峰碳中和的模型工具、技术方法、权威数据和品牌产品。承担中国环境科学学会气候变化分会秘书处工作。

 

Center for Carhon Neutrality

 

Research on the implementation pathways, technological innovation, and management systems for national carbon peak, carbon neutrality, and climate change response, providing management decision support for national, local,industrial, and corporate planning and assessments. We carry out foundational research on climate change response implementation pathways. We conduct studies on social-economic-energy-emission-environment systems to support the continuous optimization of national carbon neutrality pathways;we provide support for climate change planning and policies. We research policies, institutions, and standard systems for addressing climate change,we perform rapid situational analysis and performance evaluations of carbon emissions at different administrative levels such as national, provincial, and city, By supporting decision-making in the field of climate change for the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and related government departments,we establish a distinctive technical methodology system, forming model tools,technical methods, authoritative data, and branded products that fully support carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. We serve as the secretariat for the Climate Change Division of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences.
