The center carries out research on theories, technologies, methods, policies, systems, and standards of ecological environment investment and project performance management throughout the entire process,forms a whole process performance project management method system from performance goals, performance evaluation, process tracking, engineering standards, and performance feedback. It establishes different types and levels of environmental performance evaluation technology, implement ecological environmental investment and project performance evaluation;carries out performance tracking management of financial ecological environment fund support projects such as air, soil and rural environmental improvement, and provide technical support for performance management of ecological environment projects;carries out research on ecological environment investment and financing policy and model innovation, and provide technical support for investment decision-making.
