It is an inter-professional research institution that focuses on solving environmental protection tax and other environmental tax policy formulation and implementation issues.The Center carries out research work on environmental protection tax and other environmental economic policies, and provides technical support for the formulation, implementation, and effect evaluation of national environmental protection tax and other related policies; provides technical consulting services for the formulation and implementation of environmental protection taxes and other related policies to local governments;organizes and implement environmental-related tax and fee policy publicity training;provides taxpayers and tax authorities with consulting services such as environmental protection tax payment services, authentication services, etc.
