The Release of 2020 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report
On January 28, 2021, the world's most authoritative global think tank evaluation report, the 2020 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report, compiled by the Think Tank Research Project (TTCSP) of the University of Pennsylvania, USA, was grandly released .CAEP ranks 25th among the 99 world-class think tank nominees in the "Environmental Policy Research" field in 2020, and the first among Chinese nominated environmental think tanks.
By identifying and tracking the global think tanks and ranking them according to their influence, the report provides potent support for exploring the development direction of global think tanks and guiding think tanks in all countries to better serve their society and government. Therefore, TTCSP is also known as the "think tank among think tanks", and its "Global Think Tank Report" has now become the most influential among the global counterparts.
CAEP will continue to improve the policy research and decision-making service levels and give full play to international environmental think tanks. To accelerate the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutral goals, tireless efforts will be made to fight an in-depth fight for pollution prevention and control, and top-design and decision-making support will be offered to promote the building of ecological civilization and Beautiful China. We will made due contribution to further expand and strengthen the cooperation for coping with climate change, green sustainable development and biodiversity protection, and promote the environmental governance across the globe.
